1. General provisions

1.1 SAINT DI & CO DOO NOVI SAD, 7a Novosadska street, company number: 21081540, tax identification number: 108856121 (“Saint Di”) Privacy Policy is a part of Terms and Conditions and it applies to all technical devices, websites, mobile applications, software solutions and other software that are operated and/or owned by Saint Di (“Services”).

1.2 For the purpose of providing smooth and efficient functioning of the software solution “OrderEngine” and www.orderengine.io website, “Saint Di”, the owner, can collect, process, use, store, transfer and reveal certain user data.

1.3 “Saint Di’s” business activities and “OrderEngine’s” work are under the sole control of “Saint Di”.

1.4 “Saint Di” Privacy Policy is applied regardless of how Services are accessed.

1.5 You can ask “Saint Di” at any time to provide you with the insight and access to your data within the reasonable time frame. 

2. Personal data and data on entrepreneurs and companies

2.1 If you are using Services, there is a possibility that “Saint Di” will collect and/or come in contact with the information on natural persons and legal entities, such as: name and surname/business name, address/registered office, telephone number, bank account number, company code, tax identification number, as well as the information you provide and other publicly accessible information. 

3. Data on using services 

 3.1 When it comes to using Services on your devices, there is a possibility that “Saint Di” will collect and/or come in contact with information such as: device ID, cookies, location information, time and duration of using services, hardware and software model of the devices on which you are using services, email address, license key, your user account data (account login email and password) and third party data on users within your account, data on access to the internet network and device memory, as well as the information you provide and other publicly accessible information. 

3.2 “Saint Di” collects and/or can come in contact with all other information that are publicly disclosed by the law, that are publicly available and/or published by you. 

3.3 “Saint Di” collects and/or can come in contact with information of public importance referred to in Articles 1, 2 and 4 of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance, with full protection of personal privacy rights in accordance with the Article 14 of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance. 

3.4 In accordance with the Article 16 of the Law on Personal Data Protection, “Saint Di” shall not collect particularly sensitive data referring to nationality, race, gender, language, religion, affiliation to a political party, union membership, health condition, receiving social welfare and criminal act conviction. 

3.5 “Saint Di” can perform analysis and collect reports about the work of the software. 

3.6 Cookies Policy is a part of Privacy Policy. Website www.orderengine.io uses cookies, which are small files containing a string of characters that a website leaves on your hard drive so as to improve your internet search. You can choose to reject cookies from www.orderengine.io website at any time by changing the settings on your computer and internet browser. In such case, there is a possibility you will not be able to access certain website parts.

4. Disclosure of data

4.1 We may disclose your data to “Saint Di” employees, investors, related third parties and third parties that “Saint Di” hires for business purposes.

4.2 We may disclose your data with state authorities and other legal entities in the event of insolvency, liquidation or bankruptcy of “Saint Di”, as well as in the event of status changes of “Saint Di”, in accordance with the Law of Companies and the Law on Bankruptcy.

4.3 We may disclose your data in special circumstances if that is stipulated by the imperative legal provisions, and especially in the cases stipulated by the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code.

4.4 In the cases not covered by Privacy Policy and imperative legal provisions, we may disclose your data to other natural persons and legal entities at your request or in case you give consent.

4.5 Our services are not connected with the use of your social networks accounts, thus the connection and exchange of the data collected between the Services and such accounts is not part of Saint Di’s business model and Privacy Policy. As the user of such accounts on social media networks, you are obliged to get information from the social media network operators about every possible data exchange conducted in such way.

4.6 If you object to such data collection, validation, processing, knowing, accessing and/or using your data in accordance with Privacy Policy, please do not visit www.orderengine.io website and do not use “Saint Di’s” Services.

5. Purpose of data usage

5.1 In accordance with Privacy Policy, “Saint Di” can use users’ data to:

• manage the Services;
• provide the guaranteed features of the Services you are using;
• address potential deficiencies and improvements according to your user needs, and provide the content supported by the Services;
• provide maintenance and support for the proper and reliable Service functioning;
• send administrative electronic notifications, especially if you forget your login data;
• undertake preventive actions in potential cases of Service misuse or damage infliction to “Saint Di”;
• evaluate and analyze Services functionalities in order to optimize the work process and improve our Services daily.
